Privacy Policy

Free readings and compatibility: date of birth, time of birth (optional), city of birth and gender (optional). We do not store these on our servers. The result is placed, with a tamper-proof signature, inside the link returned to you, and anything you are still typing stays only on your device (browser storage).

Paid reports: the link value containing the information above, the generated report, and payment records (order number, payment provider’s transaction ID, amount, currency, time of payment, country code of access).

Usage statistics: pages viewed, buttons tapped, and device and browser information. Birth details, birthplace and report contents are never sent to analytics.

Report link email (optional): the email address you enter at checkout, used only to send you your report link.

To calculate your chart and show results, to write and deliver paid reports, to process payments and refunds, and to improve the Service through statistics. We do not use it for advertising and we do not sell it.

The link value containing birth details and the report text are deleted automatically from our database 30 days after payment and cannot be recovered.

Payment records are kept as required by the Korean Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce: contract, cancellation and payment records for 5 years, complaint and dispute records for 3 years. These records contain no birth details.

Usage statistics are deleted 2 years after collection.

The email address for your report link is kept with the report and deleted automatically with it 30 days after payment.

Toss Payments Co., Ltd. (Republic of Korea): card and easy-pay processing in Korea.

PayPal Pte. Ltd. (Singapore): payment processing outside Korea. PayPal collects payment details directly; we never see your card number.

Anthropic, PBC (USA): writing paid reports. When a report is generated we send, over an encrypted connection, only calculated results (the eight characters, five-element ratios, age, gender and country code). We never send your date or time of birth, birthplace or name. Under Anthropic’s commercial API policy this data is not used to train models and is deleted after its retention period.

Mixpanel, Inc. (USA): usage analytics.

Amazon Web Services, Inc. (USA): server hosting. Servers and data are kept in the Seoul region (Republic of Korea).

Cloudflare, Inc. (USA): domain management and connection protection (security and delivery).

Resend, Inc. (USA): sending the paid report link email (only the email address and the link are shared).

If you do not want data transferred abroad, you can choose not to buy a paid report, and you can turn on your browser’s tracking protection to opt out of analytics.

You may ask at any time to access, correct, delete or stop the processing of your information. Email [email protected] with your report link (order number) and we will delete it right away, except for payment records we are legally required to keep.

Children under 14 may not pay for a report without consent from a legal guardian.

We keep your theme, chosen language, unfinished inputs and an anonymous analytics identifier in browser storage. You can clear them in your browser settings at any time, and the Service will keep working.

All traffic is encrypted (HTTPS), result links carry a tamper-proof signature, and database access is limited to our production server. We collect only what is needed and delete it automatically when the period ends.
